COACHING to inspire you
Coaching can help when your old beliefs aren't immobilizing you, but they are definitely slowing you down. You are at the point where you've conquered some major challenges in your life, and now you want to help others in some way.
Maybe you've got 9 chapters ready of that book about transforming nursing you started writing, but you just can't seem to go any further. Or you have friends who love your ideas about starting a project based school, but you can't seem to find the time to put your thoughts into action. You have the nagging sense that you are meant to be or do something more, and it keeps you awake at night sometimes.
Part of my job as your coach is to help you step into your full potential. When I have the sense that you can play bigger, I will point that out. If you are avoiding actions that could help you move forward, I help you understand why, and what to do about it.
If you have the courage to step outside of your comfort zone, and you're ready to step into your full power, coaching can be great for you!
You'll pay up front for your sessions, either purchasing a single session, or getting great savings by purchasing a coaching package. If you want to see changes that will last, I recommend that you commit to three months of coaching.
I see you as whole, resourceful, and capable of achieving what you desire. I'll help you remember what inspires you and what you value.
I am professionally trained and credentialed
I attended Coach U in 2007 and have completed continuing ongoing education through Coachville and mentor coaches. Since 2009, I have held the Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation, which sets standards coaches must follow, such as continuing education and mentoring, if they want to keep their credential active.
Tamara's skillful techniques created a coaching environment that was comfortable for me to work and thrive in. I found it easy to be objective and quickly pinpoint areas of desired change. Practicing and incorporating her coaching suggestions added not only value to my life, but it removed rust and restored my shine, and for that I am very grateful! —S. Richardson
