COACHING to inspire you
Soul Coach Sessions will help you learn how to actually live your Divine Blueprint! Once you have seen yourself and your amazing potential, it's simply a matter of learning how to apply that information into your life on a day to day basis.
How do you know it's time to get coaching?
Maybe you've got 9 chapters ready of that book about transforming nursing you started writing, but you just can't seem to go any further. Or you have friends who love your ideas about starting a project based school, but you can't seem to find the time to put your thoughts into action.
You have the nagging sense that you are meant to be or do something more, and it keeps you awake at night sometimes.
As your Soul Coach, when I have the sense that you can play bigger, I will point that out. If you are avoiding actions that could help you move forward, I help you understand why, and how to learn to listen and act on those promptings from your Soul.
If you have the courage to step outside of your comfort zone, and you're ready to step into your full power, coaching can be great for you!
You'll pay up front for your sessions, either purchasing a single session, or getting great savings by purchasing a coaching package. If you want to see changes that will last, I recommend that you commit to three months of coaching.
I see you as whole, resourceful, and entirely capable of living your Divine Blueprint. I'll help you remember what inspires you and what you value.
I am professionally trained and I walk my talk
I graduated from Coach U in 2007 and have completed continuing ongoing education through Coachville and with mentor coaches. I spend time regularly engaging in practices that help me expand into my own Divine Blueprint!
Tamara's skillful techniques created a coaching environment that was comfortable for me to work and thrive in. I found it easy to be objective and quickly pinpoint areas of desired change. Practicing and incorporating her coaching suggestions added not only value to my life, but it removed rust and restored my shine, and for that I am very grateful! —S. Richardson
